Project reference: 2026-1-PL01-KA210-YOU-000465582

A digital career.
A different starting point.

You bring curiosity, questions and experience from your own life. Digital4Her is designed to help you build on that starting point.

The planned pathway brings digital learning, human guidance and career preparation together. You do not need to have it all worked out before you begin.

  1. 1

    Build a foundation

Get to know the ideas and skills behind IT business analysis.

  2. 2

    Work it through

Explore questions and practical activities with mentoring support.

  3. 3

    Take it forward

Learn to recognise your skills and present them professionally.

Where are you
starting from?

Choose the branch that sounds most like you. Every path leads into the same programme.

Questions
come first.

A new field can feel unfamiliar. Here is what the project is designed to offer, and where its limits are.

Do I need an IT background?

No previous IT background is expected. Digital4Her is designed to help women aged 18-30 explore an entry point into IT business analysis through learning, guidance and career preparation.

Who is the programme designed for?

The primary audience is young women aged 18-30, particularly in Poland, Germany and Finland. The project also aims to make this pathway more accessible to women facing geographical or other barriers to participation.

How do learning and mentoring connect?

Digital learning introduces the foundations. Structured mentoring provides space to discuss questions and apply ideas through short project-based activities. Career preparation helps participants describe the skills they are developing.

Will I receive a qualification or a job placement?

The project plans a Certificate of Completion for the learning pathway. It does not promise an accredited qualification, a microcredential, a job or a formal internship placement. Participation and completion details remain subject to confirmation.

Built together,
across Europe.

Digital4Her is planned as an Erasmus+ small-scale partnership in youth, connecting organisations in Poland, Finland and Germany.
