Our objectives

The project aims to strengthen the employability of young women (18-30) by supporting their entry into digital career pathways, particularly in the field of IT Business Analysis. The initiative addresses gender imbalance in the IT sector by combining non-formal digital education, structured mentoring and practical career support tools.

The project promotes gender equality, digital inclusion and youth employability in line with Erasmus+ Youth priorities.

Planned activities

The project will implement five interconnected activities: development of a Digital Tool with six non-formal training modules supporting entry into IT Business Analysis; development of a structured Mentoring Framework supported by an online matching and monitoring system; creation of a Digital CV tool aligned with Europass standards; pilot testing of tools with young women in partner countries; and structured dissemination through webinars, stakeholder meetings, website and EPALE publications.

Expected results

The project expects at least 80 young women to complete the digital learning pathway and 45 young women to participate in structured mentoring activities. At least 30 participants are expected to demonstrate measurable career progression within 12-18 months, such as internships, recruitment processes or further digital education.

Planned outputs include six validated non-formal training modules developed and tested, one mentoring framework model adaptable for youth organisations, and one Digital CV tool.
